Payment Methods:
We accept payments through GCash, Bank Deposit (BPI or BDO), and Visa / Mastercard thru Paypal.
Shipping:
Flat Rate shipping of 80 PHP within the Philippines. A special shipping rate is charged for oversized and overweight items, as indicated in the product page.

Orders are generally fulfilled within 48 hrs unless stated differently on the item description page.
For deliveries within Metro Manila, your order will be delivered 1-2 business days (after shipping). Example, if you ordered on a Monday, you can expected your package on Friday at the latest (1 – 2 business days processing + 1 -2 business days shipping).
For provincial deliveries, your order may take 2-4 business days shipping depending on the location.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email order confirmation and you will have the ability to track your order.
Backorder:
If your item happens to be on backorder (indicated in the product page), we will contact you to alert you with an estimated time of delivery.
Cancelling or Changing Orders:
If you need to cancel or change you order, we will make our best attempt to do so if you reach us within the hour of having placed it at sales@mysassypuppy.com
Returns and Exchanges:
In order to avoid delays in enjoying the product because of exchanges, please make sure that you measure your pet correctly and be careful in your selection of sizes and colors.
Items for exchange must be returned within 7 days in its original packaging and condition.
